Here is Jesse Schell, who is a video game developer and professor at Carnegie Mellon University. This video was filmed almost a year ago at the 2010 D.I.C.E. Summit, which is basically a conference for video game developers.
In it he talks about “the future” and the way somethings in business that seem to make no sense from the old business model standpoint end up making millions of dollars worth of sense today. Since I have an interest in creative marketing and exploring different ways to do business, I find this kind of info compelling. It’s a bit long for an internet video but it’s worth watching.
